Maida 100 gms
Powdered sugar 60 gms
ghee/vanaspati 70 gms
Curd 1 tsp
Soda-bi-carb 1/4tsp
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Method
- Sieve Flour
- Cream ghee/vanaspati & sugar till light & fluffy
- Add soda-bi-carb,curd & cardamom powder.
- Mix with the flour,make dough,knead it gently.
- Divide the dough into 10 equal portions & form it into smooth round balls.
- Place them on baking tray leave it aside for 50 min for proving
- Bake at 150 degree for 30-45 mins or till done
- You may add cashew pieces on dough before baking
