Fresh Grated Coconut 1 cup
Sugar 3/4 cup
Mava 100 gms
Ghee 2 tsp
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Saffron as required
Method
- Blend coconut,sugar,mava.
- Add ghee & cook on medium flame with constant stirring.
- Add cardamom powder,saffron & continue cooking till the mixture leaves the side of the pan & ghee seperates out.
- Grease a thali/plate/baking tray,pour the mixture on it & level using the back of a katori or spatula.
- Cool & cut into squares.
